Buying
When will the apartments be ready?
Handover is planned for the second quarter of 2028. The contract states the date, and you can follow the building going up on site.
How do I reserve an apartment?
Pick it in the 3D apartment finder and press Reserve, or call or write on WhatsApp. A reservation of €2,000 holds it for 14 days while the contract is prepared.
Is the reservation refundable?
Yes. If you decide not to sign within the 14 days, the €2,000 is returned in full.
Can I see the apartment before I buy?
The sales office on site is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00, with the plans, the materials and a visit of the building site. Every apartment can also be seen in 2D and 3D in the apartment finder.
Paying
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes: 30% on signing, 40% in four instalments during construction, 30% on handover. See Financing for a calculator.
Can I buy with a mortgage?
Yes. You pay your own share and the bank lends the rest; Financing shows an indicative monthly payment. The sales team can put you in touch with partner banks.
Is the price fixed?
Yes, the price in the contract does not change during construction. Notary and registration costs are paid by the buyer.
Is parking included?
A space in the underground garage is optional, for €9,000. Visitor parking in front of the buildings is free.
The apartment
In what state are the apartments handed over?
Finished and ready to move in: floors, internal doors, bathrooms with fittings, underfloor heating with a heat pump, triple-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows and the loggia or terrace. The kitchen is delivered with all connections, ready for the kitchen of your choice.
What is the difference between net and total area?
The net area is the inside of the apartment. The total adds the loggia or terrace and the apartment's share of the common areas (entrance, stairs). The apartment finder shows all three for every apartment.
Can I change the layout?
Small changes, such as moving a non-structural wall or choosing finishes, are possible before the interior works start. Ask the sales team early.
Living here
What are the monthly costs?
A maintenance fee of about €0.50 per m² per month covers cleaning, lighting, the lift and the garden. Heating and hot water with the heat pump cost less than with gas or electric heaters.
What is nearby?
The forest park is one minute on foot, the bus stop three, a supermarket four and a school five. The city centre is 15 minutes by car and the airport 25.
