Pay while we build
A reservation, three payments tied to the construction, and the keys. Or a bank mortgage for the part you do not pay yourself.
The payment plan
The price is fixed in the contract. You pay in four steps, each tied to a stage of the building you can see on site.
- 1Reservation€2,000Holds the apartment for 14 days while you arrange the contract. Refunded in full if you decide not to sign in that time.
- 2On signing the contract30%The reservation is counted towards this payment.
- 3During construction40%Four equal instalments, each due when a stage is finished: structure, roof, facade, interior finishes.
- 4On handover30%When the apartment is finished and you receive the keys (planned for Q2 2028).
Paying the full price when you sign: 3% off the price. A parking space in the underground garage can be added for €9,000, paid with the same steps.
